The messuage is in Milne Street between a tenement of Matilda Baylham and a tenement once of Bexwell ; the empty place is in Perewynes Lane between St Edward's hostel and a tenement of the Prior of the Chapel of St Edmund; the garden is in Newnham between a tenement of Alice Gosse and a garden of the said John and abuts on the highway and on le Mortymure [Mortimer] garden.
The name of an additional lessee has been erased throughout.
Witnesses: John Gibbon, mayor; Edmund Lister; John Cotton.
