The land, which Robert had by gift of his brother Roger, lies in Milne Street and extends lengthwise 50 feet from the land of Margaret Woolward to the land of . . . Sarle and widthwise 26 feet with free entry and exit from the main road (magno vico) to the water with a cart; one side abuts on Robert . . . And the other on land of John Sarle.
