Grant to Robert Hubbard his father, and Sabina, Robert senior's wife, of two messuages and other properties, 1270 - 1307
Scope and Contents
1. One messuage formerly Reginald Godshoe's next to land once John de Bradley's which he held of the almoner of Ely, abutting on land of Robert Woolward; 2. another messuage called Ragenhall between land formerly of Mathias le Haure and land of the convent of Chatteris, extending lengthwise from the main road (magna strata) to Haneye [Henney] ditch (both of these in St John's parish); 3, a tenement called Revereles in St Michael's parish, also extending from the main road to Haneye ditch; 4. A parcel of land in All Saints' parish, which parcel John Aldred sold to Thomas Tuliet whose heir Robert junior is; 5. Eight acres of land in Cambridge and Newnham fields as moe clearly defined in a deed of enfeoffment; 6. An annual rent of 6s and two capons from Thomas Plote and his heirs for a capital messuage on the corner of Segrims lane; 7. An annual rent of 2s from Alicia Herves for four acres of land in Cambridge fields held by enfeoffment from William Resvenis (?); 8. An annual rent of 3s for land formerly Hugh Newnham's in the parish of (Great) St Andrew's abutting on land of Robert Edward; 9. An annual rent of 6d for a messuage formerly of Adolinus in the Willows in St Andrew's parish, which rent Robert has by gift of Robert de Sancto Edmundo; 10. An annual rent of 12d for a shop in Smith Street (via fabrorum) sold by Gilbert le Plumer to Thomas Tuliet and inherited by Robert; 11. A messuage at the Great Bridge formerly of Robert Hubbard senior; for a pair of white gloves annually.

Note on dorse state that these properties are not in the tenureof the lord as they were alienated by Sabina.
