The tenements (dimensions given), now in the occupation of James Whiley, William Townsend, John Lunn and Sarah Cullege, with the adjoining workshop in the occupation of Susanna Westwood, lies between a messuage and ground now in the occupation of Alexander Watford and ground belonging to the Cardinal's Cap (E) and the college house and ground leased to Mary Tall and adjoining ground used as a warehouse by the university (W) and abuts (S) on the stables of the Cardinal's Cap and (N) on the street leading to the Small Bridges.
