Scope and Contents
The tenement adjoins the church on the south and a college tenement, Barnard Hostel, on the north and abuts (W) on the high street, and has a garden at the end of the churchyard.
Memorandum on dorse that on 7 Jan. 2 Edward VI (1549 ) the college granted to Laurence Tailor, carpenter to the college, 'somuche more of the loge of the said college hanging vpon this tenement . . . as cometh to the post next adioyninge to the privy of the said Laurence during his liffe' at a rent of 12d.
