The courtyard lies between a garden pertaining to the Paschal of St Mary's Church which Thomas Caldecote once held and Longcowelane and abuts on the said garden and on Swynecroft as defined by boundaries (metae et bundi) and is 5 perches and 10 feet in length and 3 perches and 4 feet in width.
