The little houses are in the S.W,. Corner of the yards and are now in the tenure of John Porter and William Butler. The site, dimensions given, lies between a college messuage now in the tenure of John Porter, E., and a tenement of Simon Watson, gent., W., and abuts N. on Regent Walk and S. on a lane leading to King's College.
With note of Butler's bond in £10 to perform covenants.
