Scope and Contents

The tenement, late in the occupation of Robert Osgothorpe lies between college tenements late in the occupation of Alice Hobby, widow, now of Philip Scarlet, N., and of George Jugge by virtue of an indenture demised by the college to William Butts, M.D., S., and abuts E. on the highway and W. on a ground of the college now in the occupation of PhilipScarlet. The little parcel of land is transferred from the tenure of Philip Scarlet to that of Jackson.
Annotated as void by a new lease to William Scarlett [13 Feb. 1604, Lease Book 2, p. 344].
