The tenement lies between the tenement of St John's College called The Green Dragon, where William Elborough dwells, N., a tenement sometime of Trinity Hall called The Star, where Martin Wharton now dwells, S., and abuts E. on the King's Ditch and W. on the street to the great bridge. [In the heading the location is given as next to Walls Lane.]
With note of bond in £20 to perform covenants.
