Copy of lease to John Bell of the tenement in which he now dwells, with a portion of ground annexed, and two lesser tenements for 60 years at an annual rent of 33s 4d, 1568-10-20
Scope and Contents
The portion of ground enclosed to the main tenement has a house in the west part late in the occupation of William Smith, tailor, but now annexed to the main tenement; dimensions and neighbours given. The two lesser tenements, one late in the tenure of John Lee and the other now inhabited by James Munsey, lie, together with the main tenement between a college tenement called the Angel, leased to Christopher Swallow, S., and the E. heads abut on Bridge Street or Conduit Street. The W. head of the lesser tenements abut on the main tenement, and the N. on the Angel.
With copy of Bell's bond to perform covenants.
