The messuage was the Cutlery in St Mary’s parish, between the messuages of Hugh Godchep and the grantee, held by John le Furbour of the grantors for life.
Witnesses: Simon of Stokton, mayor, John Edward, Simon of Reynham, Ralph of Cumberton junior, Robert of Wells, bailiffs; Henry of Barton, Matthew Goldsmith, Hugh Godchep.
The property came to be part of the college site.
