The grant is made in return for 22 shillings already paid and annual rent of 7s payable to the church of the B.V.M. in Cambridge
Witnesses: Bartholomew Gogging, John Martin, John Gerund, John the Palfreyur, Nicholas of Drayton, Richard Bateman and his son Richard, Thomas of Wynepoll, clerk.
The property came to be part of the college site.
