John son of Robert son of Auger; with his lord, Ralph de Pleiz.

All the messuage which belonged to John’s father in Feltwell, with the croft pertaining thereto, and another croft called Westcroft; for a toft which belonged to Renericus which John had accepted.

Ralph had given him 1 stack of corn (unam tassam segetis) worth 40s., and 20s. 1d.

John promises warranty.
