This is one of 300 copies printed by Novello but paid for by subscription (a list of subscribers is to be found after the title page). The score includes manuscript additions, presumably made by the composer, and originally bound into this copy, which was sent for conservation by the Cambridge Colleges' Conservation Consortium in August 2019.
