Agreement to let those farms known as Parker's Farm, Middle of Long Lane Farm and Hatley Wilds Farm, containing 653.732 acres in p. East Hatley, now in occupation of James Ireland; to hold from year to year from 11 Oct 1909 at £224 rent pa, notwithstanding the rent for first three years to be £200 on account of state of farms.
Reservation clause includes 'The shooting rights on fields 32, 24 and 38 and part of 37'.
