LEASE for 7 years of messuage, tenement or farm house with yards, gardens etc and the several pieces of arable meadow and pasture land belonging to same, currently and for some time held by Downing College and containing 92 acres, 2 roods; together with two cottages belonging to the said farm house, in occupation of Thomas Fairclosh as Undertenant to Downing College; which premises are situate in p. Croydon, Cambridge; and also the tithes of wheat, corn, grain and hay, wool and flax, hemp and lambs and all other tithes, except those due to the Vicar of Croydon; always reserving timber rights.
Rent: £80 pa [with penal clause and provisos etc]
