Recites that George Barker of Wissett, Suffolk, Gent., by his last will and testament charged all his arable lands, pasture grounds, meadow, marsh grounds and premises with all appurtenances in Dunwich, with the payment of several sums of money: £40 to Henry Swaine in the right of Anne his wife and Grace Allen; £60 to John Allen, Administrator of Martha Allen, Margaret Allen and Philip Allen; £50 to Edward Ballant, Administrator of Anne his wife and Frances Thurston; with power that legatees could enter upon said premises in case of non-payment; these several charges became vested in Renaldo Pitfield, who constituted Robert Davy of City of Norwich, Esq., and said John Elmy, as his executors, in trust for Katherine, wife of Richard Lamb; and whereas George Downing purchased the inheritance of the charged premises
