LEASE and RELEASE of messuage or tenement plus appurtenances with all houses, outhouses, barnes, stables, yards and gardens and orchards, together with a pithle [pightle] or piece of land of c. 1 acre, in Dunwich, between way called Reapers Lane of south and another way leading from St Peter's Church to street called St James Street to north; and also one piece of land of c. 1 1/2 acres in Dunwich, between the windmill on east, and hill called Long Hill on west; and also piece of land of c. 4 acres in Dunwich, between lands of Town of Dunwich (usually occupied with said windmill) on south, and a certain lane called Locke Lane on north, one head abutting the lands of Lyonell Hole to west; and also piece of land of c. 1 1/2 acres in Dunwich, between common way leading from Dunwich towards Westleton on south, and another way leading from Dunwich to Westleton on north, the east head abutting upon lands of Thomas Ward; and also piece of land of c. 1 1/2 acres in Dunwich, between lands belonging to Hospital of St James in part and lands belonging to the Measondew in part, on part of east, and other lands belonging to the said Measondew on west, one head abutting on way leading from Chappell of St James in Dunwich towards Westleton to north; all which said premises now in tenure of John Battelle.
