BARGAIN AND SALE WITH FEOFFMENT of tenement with piece of land given to Emma [?] Chelston, deceased, mother of 1., which said tenement is called Bumbles and was late in occupation of Richard Branston of Dunwich, deceased; which piece of land contains c. 1 rood and has well for draining water; plus all appurtenances and houses, outhouses, barns and stables, in p. St Peter, Dunwich, abutting highway leading from St Peter's Church to James' Street to north, and upon highway leading to All Saints Church to west, and towards piece of ground late Easlick Anderson's to south and yard and tenement late Bird's to east.
