GIFT / FEOFFMENT of messuage or tenement called Bumbles with adjacent garden plus appurtenances, in Dunwich, now in tenure of said James Chillston, abutting land of Thomas Boone on south, land and tenement of said William Birde on east, one head abutting kings highway to north and one head abutting kings highway to west; according to condition in will of Mary Archer, mother of William Birde, made 10 Dec 1615, (all other land bequeathed to 1.)
