QUITCLAIM of all estate and rights etc to a messuage or tenement with pightle, curtilage, garden and reed fen, in p. All Saints, Dunwich, between pightle and reed fen late Robert Kempster's on east, pightle and reed fen late Nicholas Chapman's on west, one head abutting upon kings highway to south and the other abutting hospital lands of St James to north; plus piece of land and marsh inclosed, in Dunwich, of c. 1 acre, lying between said premises on east, meadows and marsh of St James on west, abutting Spittle Inch to north and kings highway to south; which premises Thomas Coppin, late of Dunwich, Marchant, deceased, and Matthew Nimans of same town, Mariner, deceased, purchased of Robert Luscoe 1 May 13 Charles II, their names used only in trust for Corporation of Dunwich and for Jeremy Nimans the Elder.
