All Saints, Dunwich, between pightle and reed fenn late Thomas Kempster's on east, pightle and reed fenn late Nicholas Shipman's on west, one head abutting king's highway to south and one head abutting hospital lands of St James to north; and one piece of land and marsh inclosed, plus appurtenances, in Dunwich, containing c. 1 acre, between said premises on east, meadow and marsh of said hospital on west, and abutting upon Spittle Inche to north and king's highway to south; all which premises Robert Luscoe had by will of John Luscoe his father, late of Dunwich, by same dated 3 Apr 1641
