Recites original mortgage of 15 Oct 1688 between Anne REEVE (cf. Rene) and Thomas Ward. When Thomas Ward died, Mary Ward and Jeremiah Ward were appointed as his executors. Jeremiah died intestate and Mary Ward became sole interested party in term of 99 years.
