LEASE and RELEASE of all that messuage plus appurtenances lying in Dunwich, Suffolk, between highway leading from market to Westleton on south, churchyard of All Saints on north, abutting land late Richard Bobbett's on east and on way leading from Milgate Street by churchyard of All Saints on west, containing c. 1 acre; plus 2 pieces of land and pasture called Paledicke Close of c. 18 acres; Rushes Close of c. 14 acres; Tenn Acre Close; Butcher's Pightell [all in Dunwich, boundaries for each given], late of Edmund Backe; plus land, meadows and pasture now divided into 4 of c. 12 acres and piece of ground formerly with house of c. 60 feet in length and 30 in breadth [which said premises came to John Robson as son and heir of William Robson].
