2. Francis Robinson of Walpoole [Walpole], Suffolk, Maltster
MORTGAGE (DEMISE FOR 500 YEARS) of all her messuages or tenements and cottages situate in Dunwich, and all houses, outhouses, edifices, buildings, yards, orchards, gardens etc, now in occupation of James Farrow, John Eade, Robert Mason, Nicholas Peeke and Robert Swatman; and all other messuages and lands in Dunwich with all rights and appurtenances.
Consideration: £90
Recites: whereas Sir Richard Rich, late of Rose Hall, Suffolk, knight, deceased, during Trinity Term 6 William and Mary [1694] in Court of Common Pleas obtained judgement against John Benefice in amount of £124 debt and 40 s. costs; and whereas Sir Richard by indenture 22 Nov 1695 assigned judgement and sums of money secured on it to Henry Heveningham of Heveningham, Suffolk, and said Henry Heveningham by indenture 6 Apr 1700 assigned to James Duxbury of p. St Martins in the Fields, Middlesex, Inn holder, and also by indenture of 28 Aug 1700 between James Duxbury and Francis Robinson, when in consideration of £90, James Duxbury assigned to Francis; whereby this indenture also witnesses that the judgement £90 and mortgage consideration £90 are the same sum, and upon receipt of payment of the sum Francis will assign on the judgement to person nominated by Elizabeth Benefice.
Endorsed with payments of interest and of principal money
