RECONVEYANCE (BARGAIN AND SALE WITH FEOFFMENT) for £105.5.0 of messuage once dwelt in by William Farrer in Dunwich, with yards, gardens and piece of ground adjoining extending to a long ditch at north end; the said messuage lying between lands of late Thomas Crisp to north and the king's highway leading from the late house of the said Thomas Crisp to Dunwich Key on the east, and abutting upon the Masondeu Lane leading from St James Street to Dunwich Key towards south and upon said ditch or marsh grounds then of said William Farrer and upon another piece of ground then of William Farrer, usually a hempland towards north. And also of one other piece of arable land, late William Thompson's lying between four common ways to the east, west, north and south, which said premises late William Farrer had at bequest of John Hustler by his will 1623.
