BARGAIN AND SALE WITH FEOFFMENT of tenements, houses, lands, marshes, fenns, feedings, commons and pastures lying in p. St Peter, Dunwich, containing c.17 acres and one hempland or little pightle [which undermentioned Thomas Thruston had by gift of Thomas Wychingham]; all which property the said Francis had by the last will and testament of her father Thomas Thruston, late of Norwich, Merchant, made 18 Nov 1590, for her natural life and after to her lawfully begotten children.
John Ingram the Elder and Francis convey property to 2., in consideration of £100, to Francis for her natural life, to hold unto use of 2.
John Ingram the Young, Thomas Ingram and Nehemias Ingram, in consideration of £50, convey to 2. their 3 parts and all their rights, title, interest, reversion etc, for ever.
