Counterpart LEASE for 21 years of several pieces of arable land, pasture and marsh in Dunwich and Westleton, Suffolk:
two closes called St James Closes of c. 5 acres; cunny piece [cony: (rabbit burrow / underground passage] of c. 1 acre; Kiah's alias Bonner's piece of c. 2 acres, 2 roods; the watering piece of c. 3 acres, 2 roods; the burnt house yard of c. 1 rood; one piece lying before the Place Great gates of c. 3 roods; lamb pightle of c. 1 acre; one piece abutting Hospital Hill of c. 3 acres; one acre lying by Calves Coat Lane; Little Dingle Marsh of c. 2 acres, 1 rood and one acre of arable land by Dingle Gate - all which are now in occupation of said Robert Bonner; and two dwelling houses, yards, marshes, Hospital Hill, arable land and pasture grounds plus appurtenances, now in occupation of Henry Dunnell; always reserving to 1. all timber rights etc.
Rent: £7.2.6 pa for premises now in occupation of Robert Bonner; £5 for premises now in occupation of Henry Dunnell. Dated 13 Jan. 1720/1.
