ARTICLES OF AGREEMENT. Before 25 mar 1710 1. will convey to 2. all their estate in parishes of Dunwich, Blyburgh [Blytheburgh], Dingle and Westleton in Suffolk, with all appurtenances, as described in indenture tripartite of 21 October 1702 between 1. said Penelope by name of Penelope Holle 2. John Rous, John Playter, William Glover and Henry Blomfield 3. Martin Newport, which estate now in mortgage for £400 to Ingham of Yoxford.
