COVENANT TO STAND SEIZED TO THE USE OF Lionel Hole / Holle / SETTLEMENT upon Lionel Hole / Holle, nephew of 1, of all 1's lands. Francis Wrote, in consideration of his natural love for Lionell Hole and for advancement and better maintenance of his kindred: covenants, grants and agrees with 2 to settle capital messuage 'Grey Friers', Dunwich, Suffolk and land within and without wall plus all appurtenances; messuages, marsh grounds, closes and sheepwalks in Dunwich, Dingle and Westleton, Suffolk called: Osborne's Marsh, Barke's Marsh, Cockhold's Marsh, Qulowes?, Starke, Dingle East and West, Cudden's Barn, Marsh House, Thorpe's, Great and Little Pinburthe, Donehouse, Shallow Foote, Burnt Hill, Burn's Fens, Butcher's, Cuddon's [c. 680 acres], to stand seized to used of 1 during his natural life, and after to stand seized to use of Lionell Hole, subject to 4 annuities of £25 to Elizabeth Hole, Bridget Turner, Judith Wrote and Anne Arkinstall and one annuity of £20 to Sara Palavime.
With proviso clause that grant may be revoked and made void during life of 1 on payment of 10s to Lionell Hole.
