BARGAIN AND SALE / RELEASE of all lands and rents of 1, or claimed by 1, abutting estate purchased by 2 of William Humberston in Dunwich and Westleton, Suffolk, on piece of land known as Inward Sheepe Walke or Dingle Walke, for appeasing of controversies grown between 1 and 2 re ownership of lands. 1 conveys to 2 in consideration of £80 paid to him by William Humberston.
Recites original purchase by father of 2, Robert Wrote, from William Humberston, in consideration of £2100, and boundaries then given of land purchased and refers to conveyance between William Humberston and Christopher Jenney.
