BARGAIN AND SALE WITH FEOFFMENT of sellion of arable land with the swerde ground [surface of ground with herbage / grass] or heyden [?] adjoining, containing c. half an acre, lying in a certain furlonge called [blank] in the Common Field of Wreslingworth called Hustamer Field; which said lands and heyden abutt at the north end upon a brook running under the Church Close hedge, at the south head upon a ridge way leading from the corner of the hedge called Paynes Corner into Broade Greene, usually called Cambridge Way, lying next to the ley lying under or next to the hedge called Paynes Close Hedge or Buggs Cley Pit Ley on the west side, and the free lands of one [blank] Clarke, sometimes Hopkins land, now in occupation of John Carter, on the east side.
