8 Mar. 1658/9, including bequests:
to John Sherborne 'closest son', row of new brick buildings in Ware, containing four shops, next to the dwelling house of John Adams on the east, and the other row of new brick buildings in Ware, containing five shops on the west, and next to the Common Wharfe there; and the Malthouse, heretofore an old dwelling house, in Ware, adjoining aforesaid shops by the Common Wharfe, abutting on the River there on the south; and also piece of copyholding ground of c. 3 roods in Ware, between said two, new brick buildings, held of the Manor of Trinity College in Cambridge;
to Mary, wife, for her natural life and thereafter to John, all reversion and remainder held after death of Henry Sherborne, father, and Ellen his wife, of and in a certain close of freehold land in East Bedfont, Middlesex;
40s. to poor people of Bedfont
[other monetary bequests to children and family].
