1.Francis Annesley of Chapel Street, May Fair, Middlesex, Esq., Doctor of Law, son and heir of Mary Annesley deceased, formerly Mary Hanbury who was one of daughters and coheirs at Law of Frances Hanbury, formerly Frances Cotton who was the only child and heir at law of Frances Cotton, formerly Frances Downing, who was one of daughters of Sir George Downing Baronet by Dame Frances Howard; Sir George Cornwall of Mottas Court, Hereford, Baronet and Dame Catherine Cornwall his wife, which said Dame Catherine Cornwall is the only child and heir of Catherine Cornwall deceased formerly Catherine Hanbury, one of the daughters and co-heirs of Frances Hanbury; John Ranby of Brent Eleigh Hall, Suffolk, Esq., and Mary his wife, which said Mary Ranby is the daughter and heir of Mary Goate formerly Mary Barnardiston who was one of daughters and heirs of Mary Barnardiston formerly Mary Downing, and which said Mary Ranby is the only surviving sister and heir of Edward Goate Esq., late a Colonel of the East Suffolk Militia, deceased; William Henry Scourfield of Roberton Hall near Haverford West, Wales, Esq., only son and heir of Elizabeth Scourfield, formerly Elizabeth Ewer, who was only daughter and heir of Elizabeth Ewer formerly Barnardiston, who was one of daughters and heirs of said Mary Barnardiston formerly Mary Downing; which said people are now the Heirs-at-Law of the Testator Sir George Downing

LEASE and RELEASE of all the manors, messuages, lands, tenements and hereditaments late of Sir George Downing the Testator, with all appurtenances, [situate if Cambridge, Bedford and Norfolk]; and also all that piece of ground comprised and conveyed in [before part recited] indenture of 14-15 July 1800, [containing by estimation one acre, whereon were formerly built tenements or almshouses commonly called Dolls Close, lying in liberty of town of Cambridge near to Maids Causeway, on south side of way leading from Cambridge to Barnwell, and formerly in occupation of Thomas Thackeray].
