Francis Annesley of Chapel Street, May Fair, Middlesex, Esq., Doctor of Law, son and heir of Mary Annesley deceased, formerly Mary Hanbury who was one of daughters and coheirs at Law of Frances Hanbury, formerly Frances Cotton who was the only child and heir at law of Frances Cotton, formerly Frances Downing, who was one of daughters of Sir George Downing Baronet by Dame Frances Howard; Dame Catherine Cornwall of Mottas Court, Hereford, widow, only child and heir of Catherine Cornwall deceased formerly Catherine Hanbury, another daughter and co-heir of said Frances Hanbury; William Henry Scourfield of Roberton Hall near Haverford West, Wales, Esq., only son and heir of Elizabeth Scourfield, formerly Elizabeth Ewer, who was only daughter and heir of Elizabeth Ewer formerly Barnardiston, who was one of daughters and heirs of Mary Barnardiston formerly Mary Downing, who was one of daughters of first Sir George Downing; which said people are now the Heirs-at-Law of said Testator Sir George Downing, grandson of first named Sir George Downing
