Copy of PRE-MARRIAGE SETTLEMENT by Lease and Release made 10 Nov 1768 of all and singular the manors, messuages, lands, tenements etc devised by will of Sir Jacob Garrard Downing, and all other manors, messuages etc which Dame Margaret Downing or others in trust for her, are seized of, lying in counties of Cambridge, Bedford and Suffolk; also all that capital messuage called Mount Prospect situate in p. Putney plus appurtenances, held under lease; to hold unto 3. in trust for 2. [also deals with £93,000 of reduced Bank Annuities].
