1. Terrar of 7 acres of arable land purchased by George Constable of John Hawkes and Richard Hawkes for 1000 years commencing 10 June 41 Eliza [1598] for yearly rent of £1.
2. Terrar of 12 acres of arable land purchased by Lawrence Douglas of John Hawkes and Richard Hawkes for 1000 years from 20 Mar 41 Eliza [1598] for rent of £1.
3. Terrar of 30 acres and 1 rood of arable land purchased by Henry Culpie of Elizabeth Barrow and Maurice Barrow for 1000 years from Michaelmas 1618 at rent of 30s. 3d.
All terrars seem to be dealing with land in same area: land boundaries mention Tunbridge land, Cambridge Way, Anglesey Land, Sower Moor, Stourbridge Ditch.
