Includes: 1. “Pope and Donne” A discussion of Pope’s adaptations of Donne’s Satires, 15 March 1956, 34 handwritten pages (probably delivered as one or more lectures at Exeter University); 2. “An Anthology of English Discursive Prose” compiled by H.A. Mason and W.W. Robson. Booklet containing 91 prose passages with Index (Probably the passages referred to in GBR/0269/DCPP/MAS/3/16); 3. “Poetic Drama.” 28 handwritten pages, undated; 4. 3 typed foolscap documents comprising imaginary conversations between (i) “Ned Softly” and Joseph Addison (3 sheets); (ii) “Pope and Wycherley” (3 sheets); (iii) “Pope and Walsh” (single sheet).
