Thomas Alfred Walker was admitted a pensioner at Peterhouse on 1 Oct. 1882. Only son of William Davenport Walker, Esq., deceased, of Bowdon, Cheshire, and Margaret, eldest daughter of Thomas Norbury, of Bowdon. Born 16 Feb. 1862. School, Rose Hill, Bowdon and Owens College, Manchester, whence he was B.A. 1882; M.A. 1885; and Litt.D., 1900.
