Immediate Source of Acquisition

This collection was transferred gradually to Archives & Heritage from 1997, around the time of the formation of OCR (Oxford, Cambridge and RSA Examinations). The records were formerly held at Ewert House in Oxford, the Board’s headquarters, which functioned until mid-1999.

The majority of the organisation's records were transferred to Oxford University Archives. Any duplicate records were deposited with Cambridge Assessment Archives & Heritage.
