Biography
Dr Thomas Ellis Lewis was born on 7 December 1900, and was a Fellow of Trinity Hall, Cambridge, 1932-1968. He edited P.H. Winfield's The law of tort. The Dr Ellis Lewis Memorial Prize for English Law was founded in his memory.
