Inscription by John Gage: 'The original MS from which this transcript has been made by the permission of Henry Howard Esqre of Corby was given, in 1837, by the Exors of Charles, late Duke of Norfolk, to the College of Arms. It was purchased by the Duke of Norfolk at Ives' sale'. The MS is now College of Arms, Suffolk collections vols 7-10. The transcribed title is dated 28 APR 1725. The transcribed title is 'Z Vol. I (X) E lib: Fran: Blomefield de Fersfield Norf 1722'
