205 x 140 mm. A group photograph, probably taken on the steps of Government House, of the major officials who participated in the procession and proclamation (from the Roseau Court House) of the accession of Edward VII. The event is recorded in some detail in a cutting from the Dominica Guardian of February 6 1901, pasted into volume 2 of Bell's press cuttings.
