245 x 190 mm. The Imperial Press Union, now the Commonwealth Press Union, was founded in 1909 and held a series of conferences at five yearly intervals. The fourth of these was held in London in 1930 and was opened by the Prime Minister, the Right Honourable J. Ramsay MacDonald.
