120 x 97 mm. A view looking down on the camp from a nearby hill, with cattle grazing in a field in the foreground, a cluster of houses at the right, and mountains in the distance. Situated in eastern Basutoland, the town was founded in 1888 as a site to facilitate the paying of taxes and the issuing of passes.
