Showing Sir Hisamuddin Alam Shah ibni AlMarhum Sultan Alaibin SULEIMAN SHAH (d 1960), Sultan of Selangor 1938-1960, standing on a platform with the British Resident Richard John Fronde [i.e. Froude] CURTIS. Sultan Hisamuddin was elected Yang di-Pertuan Agong in 1960, but died before taking up his post.
