Biography
Colin Crichton Wearmouth joined Matheson & Co. Ltd in 1969 as an accountant. He transferred to the Chief Accountants Department of Jardine, Matheson & Co. Ltd in 1971, and was Chief Accountant of Textile Alliance Ltd, 1973-1976. After working in Jardine Matheson's Private Office in Hong Kong, 1976-1977, he was employed in the company's Melbourne office, 1977-1980, before joining Theo. H. Davies & Co. Ltd in Honolulu in October 1980. He became Finance Director of Jardine Matheson Regional Holdings (S.E.A.) Pte Ltd in Singapore in 1982.
