He also proposes to transfer the Admiralty steam barge from Portsmouth [Hampshire] to the Thames, where it could be used by members of the Board of Admiralty for visits to naval establishments on the river; also on proposals to open the Order of the Bath to officers of self-governing Dominions and Colonies.
