Biography

Greehams Studio was a commercial photographic company. It were possibly based in Perth. It won the Gold Medal for landscapes at the Franco-British Exhibition 1908.

Scope and Contents

152 x 97 mm. A view showing seven types of rounded stones which have the appearance of man-made artefacts: 'these are not artefacts, but a natural phenomenon; they are now referred to as tektites. Their origin is still controversial. The photograph was published as plate VII of GSWA Bulletin 6, where individual locations are given'. Photograph by Greehams Studio. Negative No. 65.
