Letter from Jennie [Lady Randolph Churchill] (Blenheim Palace, Woodstock) to "Mama" [Clara Jerome] including: thanks for a letter; the postponement of a decision about a layette until [Lord] Randolph [Churchill's] return from Oxford; walking with "Clemmy" [Lady Camden, formerly Lady Clementine Churchill]; a "stiff & uncomfortable" social occasion; comments on the incredible" gossip & scandal" which is spoken and discussion of clothes which are to be ordered.
